White-Label Setup
DataKubo is designed to be invisible to your customers. They see your brand, your logo, and your domain. This guide covers all customization options.
Subdomain
Every organization gets a subdomain on signup:
yourcompany.datakubo.com
Your customers and end users access the platform through this subdomain. All dashboards, login pages, and data views are served under your brand.
Logo
Upload your company logo in Settings → Branding:
- Formats: PNG or SVG
- Max size: 500KB
- Recommended: Horizontal logo, minimum 120px wide
If no logo is uploaded, the platform displays your organization name in your brand color — so you have proper branding from day one.
Brand color
Set your primary brand color in Settings → Branding using a hex color picker. This color is applied to:
- Navigation elements
- Primary buttons
- Active states and highlights
- Login page accents
The color must pass WCAG AA contrast requirements for accessibility.
Custom domain (coming soon)
Connect your own domain (e.g., portal.yourcompany.com) to DataKubo:
- Add your domain in Settings → Custom Domain
- Create a CNAME record pointing to
cname.datakubo.com - DataKubo automatically provisions an SSL certificate
- Once verified, your platform is accessible at your custom domain
Custom domains include automatic SSL provisioning and verification. No manual certificate management required.
What your customers see
